The RealED English Suite ("RealED", "the Suite") is a set of web-based tools for English teachers — including AI-assisted exercise generation, vocabulary and grammar practice, conversation materials, speaking practice, and lesson tools. The Suite is operated by RW Enterprises Robert John Ward Jr., Warsaw, Poland.
The Suite is currently a private beta: access is by invitation and account approval, features change frequently, and availability is not guaranteed.

Fair-use limits apply to AI generation. We may adjust limits to keep the service reliable for everyone.
Exercises, explanations, summaries, and feedback in the Suite are produced by artificial-intelligence systems. AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing materials before using them with learners. RealED does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Some tools can capture audio from an online lesson (for example a video-call tab) to provide live transcription. When you use these features, the audio may include your students' or other participants' voices. As the teacher running the lesson, you are responsible for:
These obligations rest solely with you as the user of the feature — not with RealED. RealED provides the capture tool but has no relationship with your lesson participants and no ability to seek their consent; responsibility for informing participants and obtaining any required permissions lies entirely with the teacher who activates the feature.
Participant audio is processed to provide the live transcription and is not retained by RealED as stored recordings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How we handle personal data — including microphone audio in the Speaking tool — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
As a beta service, the Suite is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we recommend keeping copies of materials that matter to you.
To the extent permitted by law, RealED's liability for any claim connected to the Suite is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (during the free beta: zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using the Suite and request account deletion at any time by writing to rob@realwarsaw.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland, without limiting any rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.
If these terms change materially, we will inform active users through the Suite or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance of the updated terms.
